As part of the ongoing evolution of the Disney Resorts Collection at Walt Disney World Resort, all nine floors of guest rooms in the A-frame tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort are being completely reimagined. These rooms will blend a sleek Monorail motif with some favorite characters from Pixar Animation Studios’ ‘Incredibles‘ films, including Jack-Jack, Frozone and Edna Mode. New custom artwork in guest rooms and along guest corridors will be modern, futuristic and oh so stylish, dahling, complementing the resort’s architecture while putting the Supers’ powers on display.

Contemporary Guest Rooms Reimagined
Disney’s Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World Resort was an opening day Resort on October 1, 1971. At the time, the Resort’s design was the height of modernism, with clean lines and bold splashes of color.
Now, Disney has given fans a first look at how the reimagining of the rooms with an ‘Incredibles’ theme are coming along!

The sleek bathroom area in these new Guest rooms features subtle ‘Incredibles’ touches, like the character artwork that can be seen in the mirror’s reflection!

Disney provided a full-room view of the reimagined rooms with subtle references to the ‘Incredibles’ theme. The Contemporary always included subtle, modern design elements and it appears Disney continues this tradition without going over-the-top with ‘Incredibles’ characters and references.

Disney Parks also shared the news on Twitter:
Contemporary Rooms Reimagined Schedule
Disney already began with work on Guest rooms in the main Tower and said they plan to continue with the Garden View rooms when the Tower rooms were completed.
No date has been given for the Tower completion or the Garden start.
In the meantime, here’s a couple more pics of the reimagined Guest rooms at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
