Want to learn how to get a FREE cabana for the day at Aquatica Water Park?
The price of an Aquatica water park private cabana varies based on date and location within the park. On the day we visited, we paid $119.00, plus tax for a private cabana near the Roa Rapids.
However, when we stopped to think about it, we really got the cabana for free. How’s that, you ask? Read on.
Aquatica Water Park Costs
Normally, when you visit SeaWorld’s Aquatica Water Park, you absolutely must rent a locker. Well, I guess you don’t HAVE to, but it’s a pretty good idea, if you like your stuff.
You generally need to eat, at some point.
Oftentimes, on vacation, you don’t have towels of your own to bring, so you need to rent those.
In Florida, you HAVE to drink water. No question. You can bring your own to Aquatica, but most guests end up buying water.
When you rent a cabana at Aquatica Water Park, you get most of this stuff, included and that’s how you “get it for free.” Stick with us, you’ll see.
Dining at Aquatica Water Park
We used to always pay for the buffet at Banana Beach. It used to be a really good deal at $12 per child and $16 per adult for all day access. Now, it’s $30 per adult and $20 per child! That’s a whopping $100 just for our family!
Instead, we enjoyed a wonderful picnic-style lunch (much healthier, I might add) brought to us at our private cabana. Did I mention that tipping the cabana host is discouraged? You put in your order, and voila! Lunch arrives.

This lunch basket (ordered off the cabana menu — only option for in cabana service) cost us about $60. We saved $40 compared to our “normal” lunch at Aquatica Water Park and it was a much better lunch.
So, out of $119 (before tax) for the cabana, you’ve now saved $40 versus not renting a cabana.
FREE Cabana at Aquatica Water Park
Each private cabana includes:
8 bottles of Dasani Water ($2.50 each for a total of $20)

4 Rental Towels ($2 each for a total of $8)

2 “Wave Pool Loungers” (beach chairs) ($15 each to rent for a total of $30)

1 Large Locker ($20 daily rental)
Cabana (A private, reserved, shaded (they even have a fan!) location for your family of 4 (additional guests can be added for a fee) — PRICELESS!

Let’s add this up, $20 of water, $8 of towels, $30 of chair rentals, a $20 locker rental — a total of $78 worth of rentals that you get included with your private cabana! Add this to your food savings and you’re at $118, just $1 shy of the cost of your private cabana!
This doesn’t even include the value of having your own private, reserved, and shaded location to just relax during your day at Aquatica Water Park.
The next time you visit SeaWorld’s Aquatica Water Park, be sure to treat yourself to a free private cabana. It’s worth the cost!

Another great value is SeaWorld Orlando. You can purchase a Fun Card (which is the price of a one day pass) and use it all year long. This is a special deal for Florida Residents.
