On December 21st, the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will kick off its holiday celebration with a unique, high-tech festive display featuring a custom space and holiday themed projection mapping show set against the side of a Saturn 1B rocket.
Preview this remarkable presentation, re-imagined for this year to take guests on a journey through NASA’s history and plans for future space exploration. Holidays in Space features custom animation blended with historic footage of actual launches and awe-inspiring views of Earth, in a one-of-a-kind outdoor cinematic experience, complete with stadium-style seating and a pyrotechnics display. Additionally, the visitor complex is adorned for the holiday with a stunning array of decorations, including a 35-foot-tall holiday mosaic tree, illuminated shooting stars and the popular NASA insignia “dressed up” for the season.
