Today, we learned that Universal Orlando continues easing pandemic restrictions with a few new changes.

Universal Orlando Easing Pandemic Restrictions
After eliminating temperature checks and reducing social distancing guidelines, last week, Universal Orlando Resort moves at the speed of the new Velocicoaster in getting the parks back to normal.
We learned over the weekend that Universal Orlando also reopened the single rider lines for the first time since the parks closed, last year.
Universal eased additional pandemic restrictions, including seating every row in their theaters and reopened all children’s play areas. So, this latest announcement follows with Universal’s current pace of reopening the parks and getting back to normal.
Amusement Insider (@AmusementInside) announced on Twitter that the interactive exhibits are returning to Universal Orlando parks, specifically, in the Discovery Center which houses the exit for VelociCoaster at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
All of these interactive exhibits are high touch areas that during the early stages of the pandemic, would have remained closed. Now, it seems that Universal is trying to ensure all aspects of their park are fully operational as the summer months approach and tourism picks up.
All other pandemic restrictions remain in place, at this time including wearing a face mask throughout the parks.
