Disney in its collaboration with Dooney and Bourke has given an update to the ‘Disney Sketch’ collection, which was originally introduced over eight years ago. “The new collection called ‘A Walk in the Park’ was drawn in a coloring book style, and has a nice nod to memories from Disney Parks.
Guests will still find beloved Disney characters like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. They will also find characters and icons from Disney Parks such as Big Al’s guitar from the Country Bear Jamboree or a Hitchhiking Ghost from the Haunted Mansion” explains Paola Gutierrez, Senior Graphic Design with Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media Creative Group.
The “Walk in the Park” design is found on several different bag styles and also on a limited release, retail MagicBand that is presented in a specially designed box.
New Vera Bradley Disney Parks Collection Debuts Alice in Wonderland-themed Items
The new collection is called ‘Painting the Roses Red,’ The collection contains silhouettes like the Deluxe Vera Tote, Vera Tote, Kirby Backpack, and Triple Zip Hipster, In addition to handbags, Disney Parks will be carrying other accessories by Vera Bradley such as a key chain, an iPhone 7 case, and shoes.
Several new items, such as the Mallory Card Case, Wristlet, Mini Hipster, and Cheshire Cat Coin Purse, provide RFID protection for credit and debit cards. Guests will find an 80-inch by 50-inch Throw Blanket and a Soft Fringe Scarf.
